Default Crossrail 2 neighbours may have to contribute

Well as someone with a house near Dalston Junction how about fhey repay
us fo the years we've lived in a tip of a district previously.

Having lived there in the past I'm not sure how much more of a tip TfL
could have made it compared to previously...
