There doesn't seem to be much substance to the story. It just says that
he's one of half a dozen right-wing ministers who'd be very unhappy with
any more compromises to the government's current position. Given that the
EU almost certainly wouldn't agree to the Chequers proposal without more
compromises, it just confirms that we're heading for an impasse.
