On the way back I saw that there was a train, Kentish Town to Gravesend, 16:26 from that ghastly platform 3, from which no train departs. It was going through Greenwich and Deptford and Woolwich. Strange train. One of the services introduced in the May timetable change was Luton-Rainham (Kent) via Woolwich and Greenwich (replacing the Charring Cross - Gillingham semi fast). I assume terminating at Gravesend is either a "Thameslink timetable problem" related issue, or an out-of-pattern peak hours or late evening type service. Robin |
