Wembley Park and the tracks through it are closed for engineering on the weekend of 22/23 May, so LU are bustituting between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Willesden Green in the southbound direction, and Wembley Park and Harrow in the northbound. Does this mean that Met trains are stopping at Willesden Green - or are all passengers expected to use the Jubilee? And how can bussing from Wembley Park northbound help if trains aren't calling? :-) -- Dave Arquati Imperial College, SW7 www.alwaystouchout.com - Transport projects in London |

Either that or they screwed up, and the bus service runs between Willesden Green and H-o-t-H in both directions. Will the Jubilee Line be closed as well? Brad |

The LU notice says quite clearly that the Met line is running south from
Willesden Green. What I presume is happening is that Met line trains are reversing N-S at Wembley Park , through the depot to pick up the SB track at Neasden . However, because of problems parking busses at Neasden, they are going on to Willesden Green where things are a lot easier. -- Lawrence Myers "TheOneKEA" wrote in message ... For clarification
Due to the nature of the work taking place at Wembley Park which requires the use of a crane moving over the tracks. Only Platform 1 at Wembley Park (Met NB) can be used. In addition the platform adjacent to the Met track at Neasden is not in a suitable condition for Met trains to stop. Therefore the service patterns are Jubilee Services will be to and from Neasden with a replacement bus service to and from Stanmore Met Services will be to Wembley Park Nortbound (where they will reverse via Neasden depot) and re-enter passenger service at Willesden Green SB. Replacement bus services will operate between Willesden Green and Harrow on the Hill (two service will be provided - a non stop and an all stations). Met train services at reduced frequencies will the operate to all north branches with trains reversing at Harrow (capacity at Harrow is reduced). Normal Chiltern Railways services will run between Harrow and Marylebone HTH Paul "Lawrence Myers" wrote in message ...
