It's not a common interchange, but during an unusually chaotic period of disruption due to a bomb scare at Paddington - whence I had to get a train to Reading - I was one of a trainload who were advised at EW Jubilee line that it was non-stopping Paddington, and told to make our way to EW Met, as Circle line services were still running. Like most of the rest, I walked to Paddington instead anyway ... wisely as it turned out, as the Circle was non-stopping there too.
