I had a look at their web site but didn't see anything straight away. Is a Hybrid car the same as an electric I wonder? TfL doesn't think so (although they discount both). |

No, a Hybrid car is a petrol engined car with electric assistance. You can easily get similar fuel consumption out of a Golf PD Diesel although some would prefer the Prius for it's alleged environmental benefits. |
