Default 3- Decker buses to Hogwarts

In article , Michael Bell
writes
On the floor in Sainsbury's there are pictures of Harry Potter buses.
What is few of the people I talked to had noticed is that the bus has 3 decks
- it's surprisingly had to realise what is odd about it.

If you look carefully, the notice on buses which usually has "23+31
passengers" (or whatever the numbers are) says "3+3+3 passengers".
