![]() "Jason" wrote in message ... I've been having a look at the National Fares Manual after someone posted a URL for it. I've come across information about "INTERAVAILABILITY OF RAIL/LU TICKETS ON PARALLEL ROUTES". See http://www.atoc.org/traveltrade/manu...m/sectionl.pdf It says - "Rail Tickets with Validity which includes travel Between - [snip various routes] ...Seven Sisters/Tottenham Hale/Walthamstow Central and London Zone U1 or beyond "Are also Valid by LU/DLR Services Between - ...Seven Sisters/Tottenham Hale/Walthamstow Central and Kings Cross Undergrd and intermediately" This *seems* to suggest that a 'one' rail ticket from (e.g.) Walthamstow Centrtal to Liverpool Street, (which is substantially cheaper than a zoned U123 ticket) would also be valid on *limited* LU services - namely anything going to King's Cross, which would only be possible on the Victoria line. I guess it's a sort of London Terminals swap, but doesn't seem to offer any other availability or routing. Is the ticket 'that is substantially cheaper' actually "London Zone U1" or "London Terminals"? |
