I found this site which shows many the world's
underground/subway/metro systems to the same scale. Worth a look. http://www.fakeisthenewreal.org/subway/ (I had a feeling this has been on the NG before but I did try to check - sigh, send the flames) Paul Llanberis |

Worth a look. http://www.fakeisthenewreal.org/subway/ (I had a feeling this has been on the NG before...) Well, I definitely pointed out on a previous occasion that the claim of all the maps being to the same scale was completely false. But I don't remember whether it came up on this newsgroup then, and I haven't reexamined the site to see if anything has changed. -- Mark Brader, Toronto, MARTIANS BUILD TWO IMMENSE CANALS IN TWO YEARS.
