Default Unicycles on the London Underground

Bikes are banned on all sections which require escalators to reach,
and all the near-surface lines during the rush hour.
As the poster says, what if a Tube train had to be evacuated inside a
deep tunnel?

One thing I would like to raise in this forum is why bikes are banned
on the DLR at all times?
What's wrong with bikes at evenings and weekends on the DLR?
