Considering there are no zone one buses and major road closures the journey
planners and maps aren't going to really help. Having a single low-bandwidth
page makes sense with the number of hits they are going to be getting.

NLL is still running just went to the station, the busses are also running
here at Finchley Road.

I was on the Met this morning getting out of Finchley Road at 8.40, must
have been the train after the one. Does anyone know where the train was
coming from ?

I'm afraid it certainly looks like that. The BBC are reporting "quite a
large number of casualties" at Aldgate.

The Metropolitan Police Commissioner has just listed Aldgate East (and
not Aldgate) as one of the stations affected. The others, if I heard
correctly, are Kings Cross, Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Edgware Road
(which one not stated).

I think that at the moment, it would just be to wait. Frustrating and
frightening maybe but from Zone 1 for at least a few hours I think
there's no alternative except perhaps to walk out to somewhere well
outside the Centre.

Could you get you head around the fact there is more to life than zone
1 in London or are you saying transport in the whole of Greater London
and the South East has come to a standstill. A little OTT I think.
