The cheapest way may well be by coach from London to Oxford and then another
coach from Oxford to Gloucester.

Please visit www.stagecoach-oxford.co.uk and www.oxfordbus.co.uk for the
London - Oxford part of the journey. Both companies run very frequently and
are cheap.

For Oxford - Gloucester (-Cheltenham) try www.swanbrook.co.uk which is still
cheap, but only four buses a day.

By the way, all of these operators run to/from Gloucester Green bus station
in Oxford, so changing buses will be easy.

This journey will not be quick (the train would be much, much quicker), but
may be the cheapest way.

Dave.
