She works in Bracknell (30 minute drive). If I were to get a job in
Chelmsford - where is a good place to live for a reasonable commute for both of us ? (the middle is about central London - bit pricey). Stratford. Easier for the Chelmsford, but Jubilee and Waterloo for the Bracknell. OK for now, but be prepared to move on before 2012. Yes, but should get an easy market value+25% if it's subject to a CPO, and if you ask the right people and buy in an area near all the action, but not affected by the building work, it should increase a fair bit in value.
