ups.com... http://www.bbc.co.uk/wiltshire/conte..._feature.shtml For any that may be interested the BBC Wiltshire website has a map and some 360 degree views. There's no sign of any 9F's now, and there wasn't when I was on a tour of the site 3 years ago. They did have two big diesel generators, still capable of working, that were for emergency use. These engines having been taken from a surrendered German U Boat and put to good use. [Crossposted] Thanks, I've just found a picture of the legendary London Underground escalator that ended up there... http://www.bbc.co.uk/wiltshire/conte...am_360.sh tml -- John Rowland - Spamtrapped Transport Plans for the London Area, updated 2001 http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Acro...69/tpftla.html A man's vehicle is a symbol of his manhood. That's why my vehicle's the Piccadilly Line - It's the size of a county and it comes every two and a half minutes |
