Possably the trial for the new road tax evasion cameras. It has been muted
that they may be tested on a road such as the M11 in a place where traffic
is forced to slow down enough for the camera to be sucessful

The cameras themselves look similar to the blue trafficmaster
number-plate reading ones, but they,
and the pole, are bright green. there are 2 cameras facing the front of
traffic. There is a
horizontal bar on the pole below the cameras, but I suspect this is for
mounting other equipment -
doesn't look like an antenna.

Anyone know what these are ?
