Green Housing on ANPR is going to be used for the new NTCC (National
Traffic Control Centre) traffic monitoring & work roughly the same as
Trafficmaster - might be these?

The cameras themselves look similar to the blue trafficmaster number-plate reading ones, but they,
and the pole, are bright green. there are 2 cameras facing the front of traffic. There is a
horizontal bar on the pole below the cameras, but I suspect this is for mounting other equipment -
doesn't look like an antenna.

Anyone know what these are ?
