Hi
Does anyone know of a London bus stop that is served by three (or more) consecutively numbered routes - ie 145,146 and 147 stops there? Thanks in advance Rob Smith |

In ps.com,
Rob typed: Does anyone know of a London bus stop that is served by three (or more) consecutively numbered routes - ie 145,146 and 147 stops there? The nearest that I can think of is the 12,13 and 15 at the second stop in Cockspur Street as you come away from Trafalgur Sq. -- Bob |

And taking up this theme you may well get consecutive "B" routes in Bexleyheath Broadway and "H" routes in both Harrow and Hounslow and "K" routes in parts of Kingston / Surbiton. Don't think you get the W8, W9 and W10 together in Enfield but it's very close. Unfortunately the W13, W14, W15 and W16 no longer all stop on the same side of Leytonstone station although they used to. You might get the 6,7 and 8 together on the stretch of Oxford St near John Lewis but I doubt they'd all be on the same stop given the differing destinations. It would work if the 8 still ran to Willesden! -- Paul C Admits to working for London Underground! |

We've got an odd thing near me in Church Road and Pield Heath Road; several stops serving U1, U3, and U5; up at Hillingdon Hospital you could add in U7, but also U4 and U2. -- Ivan Reid, Electronic & Computer Engineering, ___ CMS Collaboration, Brunel University. ] Room 40-1-B12, CERN KotPT -- "for stupidity above and beyond the call of duty". |
