This all reminds me of seeing a tramp selling those free small tube
guides to Japanese and Chinese tourists. Very amusing.
And before anyone asked why I didn't step in and point out to the
tourists they were free. Two L.U. Uniformed station assistants were
watching too. I thought if they couldn't care a less it would be morally
