If you buy a seven day travelcard on oyster do they wave the 3 pound
fee is this the case on both peak and off peak cards ? |

A seven-day travelcard is valid during the peaks, and still costs less than seven off-peak one-day travelcards. |

I wasn't aware of an off-peak 7-day Travelcard existing, though one would probably be a very good idea and such things do exist in other cities, Hamburg and Liverpool to name two.
