Hi,
Just noticed that Southern's new timetable has reinstated this long lost link for peak hour use. Does anyone know why it was not used for passenger services in peak hour for such a long time? I last remember the services being in use in 1987. Thanks, Martin J. |

It's never been taken off the London Connections diagram, even when there's been about one train a day, while other routes with several services, like London Bridge to the Wimbledon loop, weren't shown at all till recently. There is the odd train in the about-to-finish timetable. See the 1550 departure from Streatham Hill to London Bridge. |
