You need to find the "register as a new user" page (for me that was https://www.gnertickets.co.uk/buy_ti...77_2007942304). before u try to do any bookings. The people at the help desk have been very helpful and replied to my emails promptly and explained the situation for non UK citizens Peter Sydney |
