In message , Matthew
Malthouse writes } } From the 'Guardian': 'The Guardian' Has your palms stop sweating now you have pointed that one out? To steer the discussion back to the actual subject before it breaks down into pointless embarrassing debate about grammar. While I think any physical attack agasint any employee of any company is completely wrong. London Underground treat their customers in such a **** way that its no surprise their staff are attacked. Maybe their staff don't have the information they need. Maybe the staff don't have the motivation they need. But people see the uniform not the person. And until L.U. Learn they are providing a service for their customers and need to look after their customers. Your going to have these attacks. People get delayed and get no information. They get angry. They take it out on staff. Simple. -- CJG |
