IIRC they went out (with possibly some rare exceptions) when the functions performed by LT Travelcards and BR/LT Capitalcards were combined. For many ordinary season ticket holders this resulted in "free" use of buses at one or both ends of the journey with AFAIR few people actually having to pay more than they had to pay previously, at least for those travelling wholly within Greater London. snip |
