We use that, but only sarcastically to eash other ![]() That's the thing, I work in a blinkin' call centre too, and the phrase 'All I can do' is banned! Also, making people repeat themselves is banned too, so for example, being transferred to another person to start all over again really annoyed me. All he had to do was fire off an email to London Buses Customer Services - but I'm thinking that perhaps TFL have strict procedures in place which prevented him from doing that. |
