Default 31 Minutes to walk from Kings Cross to St. Pancreas - Is this true!?

When you get to King's Cross, follow signs for Platforms 9 to 11 if you're
not already there. Platforms 9 to 11 are in a separate building

Along with platform 9 3/4?
