They appear to be installing a deck over the line north of the Broadgate Tower, presumably for more development. They're using the same crane TfL made a big fuss over for the Shoreditch bridge move. *However, I think it may be the start of a viaduct to Shoreditch High Street rather than just a short span across the road.
