Hi, a friend of mine is certain that the Acton museum is open this Saturday,
17th May, but I can't seem to find anything about it; not even on the LT museum web-site. Does anyone know ? |

I found it much more interesting than the public open days, as the volunteer guides can show things not open to the public, such as the original artwork for some of LT's iconic posters. You also escape crowds of kids and bored family members. |

Can't find anything either, but I did find in an online guide, still findable in Google after five years "Special joint event with Kew Bridge Steam Museum on the Sunday Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 May 2003" |

Yes, I suspect he looked at the 2003 entry and didn't notice the year. Lawrie |
