I don't think the curve will be reinstated - I can't think of any reason why anyone would want to use it (won't be needed for its previous use of stock transfer; engineering arrangements for LUL and NR are separate, so engineer's trains won't need to use it), and there are probably advantages in keeping a good electrical gap between the 4-rail LUL lines and the future 3-rail NR (LO) lines.
