It's a fair point. Lines have been built across continents more quickly than
this. Why not just open it in 2010 or 2011?

I don't recall this problem with the Hazel Grove Chord or the Graham Road
Curve.

Perhaps if Hertfordshire County Council contributed more than they have
currently promised (less than 5% of the cost), it might get higher up
the priority list. Otherwise, which project do you propose is delayed
in order to advance the Croxley Link for your county?
