Join artisan baker Dan Lepard and the Collaborators Guide collective for this unique local event. Sun 19 Fri 24 July / 38pm Dal[s]ton Talking A series of Urban Psychoanalysis sessions, using a Talking Mill, by the emergency urban psychoanalysis commando unit, UPIA. This investigation into the urban unconscious of Dalston will be the first step in an extensive analysis of the city of London. Some baffling stuff happens in this city of ours. (it's free, and it's the only way you're going to get to traverse the thing in this lifetime) But not as a railway! Shall we all go along together, so we can pretend we're a train and run along it together making chuff-chuff-chuff noises? I vote John Rowland for being the whistle. tom -- If you had a chance to do any experiment you pleased, unconstrained by any considerations of humanity or decency, what would you choose? |

Yeah, that's right, another railway link!" business will continue for decades to come. There are still plenty of trains that don't go to Stratford yet: give them time. He still thinks trains go 'chuff chuff'. What's wrong with impersonating the 'Weeyeeyee' noise a 450 makes? Tom |

Cycling along those lines of narrow gratings you see in car parks etc: the tyres over the ribs make a hum or whine, and the gratings clacking up and down are the rail joints. The challenge is staying on a 4" wide grating for its whole length!
