Default Unusual house on 200/152 bus route

Near Colliers Wood on Christchurch Road there is a house made of what
looks like meta slats. It looks like it has been designed by a child
using a crayon:

Often there are cars or vans for sale in the grassy area in fron of
the house but behind the tall metal fence.
Local legend has it that the owner has murdered hundreds and hundreds
and hundreds and hundreds and thousands of people and they are all
buried underneath the floorboards. Will someone ring the police and
tell them?
