I would be very surprised if they do that. When a charter form is received at LU, do they actually check all the times etc and then the reason (Ie: Pay up if it was there fault). A short time ago when there was a signal failure on the Victoria Line, the driver announced that charter forms could be used to claim compensation. I've never heard of any LU staff ever mention them apart from that occasion. |
