![]() Just noticed a refund section (Q10) on the FAQ - Camden section the Tube website http://tube.tfl.gov.uk/content/press...es/0310/23.asp Looks like the customer charter can be used even though they "advertised" the delays. My partner goes from Euston to Camden as part of her journey, she has been getting the bus/walking : Definitely longer than 15 mins delay. Should she claim ? |
