There is less need to depict the fare zones now that most LU passengers use Oyster, and rely on the gates to deduct the correct fare. Passengers buying tickets from a machine do need to know the zones so they can buy the correct ticket. Peter Your point is taken. However, IMHO, it would still be helpful to see the zones. Because one is not utilizing cash, there is more reason to track one's spending. |
