Because last year the two Labour-controlled councils were voted
out because they supported the tram.
I think it MIGHT have had something to do with other issues, tbh.

Conservative controlled. Obviously there's been NO co-ordination there,
and NO scaremongering by Conservative politicians scrambling for...

Makes you wonder what LUL/TfL's involvement is other that to slag
Metronet off now and again. Why doesn't LUL actually start to impose
some sanctions?
